Actually sending my resume out!

It is not that I am suffering from extreme apathy, more that I am just picky about who I would like to work with and for, therefore it has taken me a while to get around to actually start sending a resume out into the world.

However, today I have started to send my resume out into the world!

I am looking for something where I get to use my brain and do problem solving, preferably on something in the realm of dealing with changes in climate and how best to cope with these changes.  I love science, I love spreadsheets, I love getting to question everything!

Well, that is all for now, I need to get some more wood split.  Even as the world is warming Minnesota still gets damn cold in the winter time.

I am not sure how well this is going to paste, but lets see how it works...  Ok, not bad....

Skills

Problem solving and the ability to use creative means to find solutions to the worlds perplexing problems are my two greatest strengths.  It may be impossible to understand everything in the world at one time, but the ability to quickly use the resources available and efficiently navigate the miasma of the Internet make me a valuable addition to any group working to solve problems.

I have experience with writing and publishing of documents and publications for the Internet or print using software including Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Open Office.  I am an avid photographer and use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for post-processing.   I have used Excel spreadsheets extensively for both work and school projects.  I have also worked with field mapping, and interpreting of geologic formations.

I have also worked with the setting of scientific probes and build out of experimental equipment in Northern Minnesota and Western Pennsylvania for experiments in environmental clean up, and oil extraction.
